About Us

Central Review is a liberal arts magazine created by the students of the Creative Writing
program at Central Michigan University. It is currently designed, edited, and maintained by
students of all disciplines at CMU. CR seeks to represent and elevate the creative voices across

CMU’s campus across various forms, genres, and disciplines.

We publish original works in creative writing and visual art. A new edition is released at the end
of each semester. We do function as a Registered Student Organization (RSO) at CMU, but we

are not sponsored or managed by CMU or CMU faculty/staff.
